Membership: Barnabas Safe & Sound is a constituted membership organisation. Membership is open to individuals and organisations who wish to support the objects of the charity. Annual General Meeting of Members is held once a year and members elect the directors and the directors present reports to the members on the work of the charity. The date of the next AGM will be posted on this site.We welcome new members.Membership Rules and Forms are available to the general public from the office.

The Directors of Barnabas Safe & Sound are also the Charity's Trustees.The Directors are responsible for the strategic direction of the Charity and ensuring that the finances are used appropriately for the objects of the charity. The directors are accountable to Companies House and The Charities Commission.
